FAQ

Q?   How can I order a board?

A.    The best way is to fill special form in our site, or contact directly the sales office (email or phone), then discuss with shaper about all details, formally place an order and pay 50% in advance. From that moment starts up the production process of your board.

Q?  How long do I have to wait for my board?

A.   The manufacturing process is very complicated and timeconsuming. We have to follow the rules of technological gaps in order to achieve 100% strength and beauty. Standard manufacturing time for  board is about 5-6 weeks. It dependas on various factors (high season, the complexity of the contract and the changes in relation to our proposed models, etc). This period may be shortened or extended respectively. We make every effort to ensure that in the shortest possible time, customers could receive reliable, well-made product. Priority is quality over time!

Q? How to protect my board from the averse effects of external factors? How to properly take care of it?

A.    The biggest enemy of each board is the temperature, which can can reach up to 80 degrees inside the board left directly in the sunlight. In such conditions it may be damaged outside and inside. Increased air pressure inside the board, can cause seriously damage in the core. In order to minimize the risk of overheating, do not leave the board in direct sunlight, protect it in the shade or in the specially designed for this purpose bag.

Absolutely do not use the board, where any damage is noticed!

Our boards are equipped with a valve so that they can safely travel by air. It is absolutely necessary to unscrew the valve before travelling (and turn him before swimming!)!

Q? How to transport the board correctly?

A.   The board should be transported in a proffessional bag. Our boards are equipped with a valve so that they can safely travel by air. It is absolutely necessary to unscrew the valve before travelling (and turn him before swimming!)! The pressure changes in an airplane can seriously damaged the board. In order to minimize the risk of mechanical damage, we reccommend to additional protect edges by EPS or cardboards.

Q? I have my own idea for board. Can you do it for me?

A.   Sure, although we strongly recommend you contact our technical team, because they will share their experience and knowledge to prepare with you the best project.

Q? What about the warranty?

A.   For each of our board we offer 12 month warranty. Details you can find in the Warranty tab.
